The storage and distribution side of the water in a house: the cylinder, the cold tank, the overflows, the stopcock, and the isolation valves that let one thing be worked on without draining everything.
Anything involving a boiler or a gas appliance needs a Gas Safe registered engineer. I am not on that register, so that work is not mine to take on — the water side of the system is.
